I call the Boyfriend by his last name. That is the only name I have known him by. When I first met him, that’s how he was introduced. That is how my friends were introduced to him. I’ve asked him if he would prefer I call him by his first name, and he says it doesn’t matter. All of his closets friends call him by his last name. It sounds weird to me when people call him by his first name.
